Missing SOAP Operations in Project
Win 7 Trying to add a request and I get this error: "Missing SOAP Operations in Project" What do I need to do first? Thanks

Using 4.5 beta, this also happened to me. It seemed, however, to only happen after I manually manipulated the XML of a project file.
