Map a specific request to a specific response

I am new to Soap URI. Can someone explain me with an example as to how can i map a specific Request 1 to a specific Response 1, in the sense i should be getting the Response 1 always, when i am executing the Request 1. I tried following through the doumentation but wasnt successful in implementing it.
