Manual works Automated doesn't

Hello, I am new to the tool.

The situation is as it follows: I'm trying to automate many cases in a test suite, previously I ran many times the cases one by one manually, and they worked and still work, but when automating some of them bring errors. We checked and the services are working properly so there is something that the SoapUI does that makes it break.

My question is: What should be the configuration to make the automated cases run as if they were manually run?

I know that the question is pretty vague but my guess is that the automated version of my test suite is causing trouble since I can still run it properly in manual mode.
