    This sounds like a reproducible SoapUI test-step state issue, particularly when multiple SOAP requests use different security configurations.

    Since executing the request individually produces the correct RawRequest,

    Give a try by creating a minimal reproducible project and report it as a potential SoapUI automation defect, including the SoapUI version, Java version, security settings, and sanitized request examples.
