Keep getting errorCode-1 with my W10 S Pro so I can't use SOAPUI

Hi,   We're using W10 with Soap UI but we keep getting a error: errorCode-1 when using soapUI test runner. Tried it on dell laptop and s pro with the same result. Can you help?

    A screen shot may help to understand.

    Do you see any thing in the log files?

    Try re-installing to see if that helps.
