I am also seeing the same issue at my end.
Is there any update on here?
Could be an issue with the jdbc driver version.
Put sqljdbc4.jar file to the directory C:\Program Files\SmartBear\SoapUI-5.3.0\bin\ext. Do not use version sqljdbc41.jar and sqljdbc42.jar. (They do not work for some reason for me.)
