The issue is resolved by 1)contacting our support department removing firewall on the machine temporarily and 2)use the Installer option on the webpage. For whatever reasons, the zip file instllation option only works with the regular soapui and doesn't work with the pro version.
Anyway, issue closed here. Making progress on setting up test case. Looking into an easy way of extracting response data into Excel Datasink (not looking forward typing into 50+ properties). Is there already a dialogue going on somewhere?
