Yes, First you need to download the postman plugin and then in the import of option you see the option to import from postman. Below are few links for reference.

Where can I download the Plugins from? 2nd link is redirecting to a page which refers to http://smartbear.com/plugins/ to download. When I Click on that links, am redirected to a generic smartbear URL.Can you provide direct link to Postman Plugin that i can download from?

I could not import postman collection into soapui. could not locate plugin from the links shared above. I am using soapUI v5.7.1 and have postman collection to import into. Please help.

From the docs, it appears that SoapUI open source does NOT support postman v2 yet.

However, Postman labs has a node-based tool that can convert Postman v2 collections to v1 format very easily.
