IndexOutOfBoundsException when attempting to move a test case up

The quickest hack solution is this one :
For example you may have this tree:

tesSuite1
*--testCaseA
*--testCaseB

and you want to move testCaseA BEFORE testCaseB.
Just open the xml of your project and search for the name testCaseA.

Infere by reading the xml structure & copy/cut the xml representation of testCaseB BEFORE testCaseA.
Save it, take a deep breath & reopen your project. Happy ? ok so make me happy & send me 10 dollars
