HTTPS Service call not working

Hi,

I am using SOAP UI v5.2.1 (not Pro). I am trying to access an HTTPS wsdl which I am able to open in any browser but when I am trying to load and access that service in SOAP UI it gives me SSL exception. The party which provides the service is saying it may be a problem with SOAP UI.

I am using the Certificate chain in the SSL configuration option under preferences (there is no password though).

Am I missing any Step or is it some issue with my organisation firewall etc.?? Need some help !!
