Not sure if you've already fixed this, but just taking a quick look it appeared that there were some permission related errors when the Test Runner was trying to create its report files:
21:55:25,150 ERROR [SoapUITestCaseRunner] Error saving failed result: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\SmartBear\SoapUI-5.0.0\bin\CustomerServiceTestSuite-CustomerServiceTestCase-Test_Request-0-FAILED.txt (Access is denied) java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\SmartBear\SoapUI-5.0.0\bin\CustomerServiceTestSuite-CustomerServiceTestCase-Test_Request-0-FAILED.txt (Access is denied)
Have you tried changing the Root Folder for reports to somewhere other than <SoapUI>/bin, maybe there is an permissions issue on your machine when SoapUI tried to create the files there?
