It looks like you are trying to load a WSDL. Put the WSDL address into a web browser and check that you get a valid WSDL XML back.
If it looks correct, then take the WSDL XML content and validate it to check for errors (google tells me you can do that here).

Thanks jhunt.
I found that was not a wdsl but a REST wadl, and even in this situation i having problem i can't open.
