Doubt in using SoapUI Tool

SoapUI is meant for testing of APIs. See: http://blog.smartbear.com/api-testing/g ... oapui-pro/
Web applications normally have an API on the backend. If you want to test the GUI (frontend) you are better off finding a different tool.

SoapUI does have some web application testing functionalities, but if you really want a great fully-featured web app testing tool, take a look at TestComplete, another one of SmartBear's products. Check out the free trial.

TestComplete is a great one, but no doubt there are many good tools for this purpose.
