Different Results from SoapUI and WCFTestClient

I am making a call with SoapUI, SoapUI NG, and WCFTestClient. WCFTestClient throws an exception while SoapUI and SoapUI NG do not throw any exceptions. Has anyone come across behavior like this with ...

The hint is given by the app throwing exceptions. Maybe soap ui is handling the exception.
