Hi!

hmm.. try changing the mode to "READ"; when in "STEP" mode the value will change only when the datagen step gets executed, which might not happen between these reads..

No, I have pro version, but I didn't purchase it.

Anyhow, are you using the property in several places in your testcase? (which would explain the error..)..

no problem, here's the project.
looks like when working with more threads sometimes 2 of them starts at almost the same time. in this case datagen sends them the same value.
i don't remember that this would be the case with older versions as well. 

by the way...
looks like you have problem with memmory again. my soap-ui is using 700mb of memmory and it's not doing almost anything. memmory is just rising and rising.

Hi!

I think the problem is related to your testcase setup; when setting the property mode to step, it will only be increased when the step is executed in any one of the threads in your loadtest, which will most likely result in the behavior you are getting (ie the same value used by different threads), and using mode = READ will of course give you different values each time you use the property, which won't work since you want the same value in all requests.

You will probably need to use a shared DataSource instead, set it to type "Script" and create a script that returns a new number each time..

yes. but that's good. so when next test will run in any thread, it should have number increased by 1. there's no way that 2 tests could have the same number if each one has increased number.

problem is that the datagen property is shared between threads, so if thread 1 increases value, then all other threads will use that increased value when they access the property, until some thread executes the datagen teststep again, which increases the value again, which will then be used be all threads (not that thread only), and so on..
