Correlate Performance metrics on DB and APP server during Load Tests

Hi there,
Does anyone have any recommended approaches for monitoring / logging / correlating the performance metrics of our DB and Application server during load tests?

We want to record and compare some basic numbers (# of threads, memory allocated, processor usage, etc.) from the boxes that are doing the work.

Does Soap-UI have a built-in approach for something like this?
