Convert binary response to ASCII string

I use SoapUI to send a request to webservice and get response. How could I convert this binary response to ASCII string with Groovy script?

    kovacsa, would it be possible to show the screen shot to understand the issue?

      There are only question marks, rectangles and percent signs in the output, so seemly nothing informative.
