Content-Transfer-Encoding attachment value settings in SOAP UI

Can you show the issue with an example?

I can't really show any example, because I can set up any value for Attachment header it comes as a default 'binary' value all the time. But I need to override it with Base64 tag. So it should look like 'Content-Transfer-Encoding': 'Base64' in simple XLM Message with one or two attachments.
