Cannot Run SOAP Mock Services from Command Line

Hi everyone,

I tried to run SOAP Mock service following this guideline

https://www.soapui.org/docs/test-automation/running-from-command-line/soap-mock/

But it failed without any error log.

Do you have any idea to fix it?
