WSDL is not able to load in soapui 4.6.4

Hi,While importing wsdl . its not loading and thrown an error but its work fine in licence version of soapui pro.Below is an error in soapui 4.6.4 ,Error loading [http://www.webservicex.net/ConvertSpeed.asmx?WSDL]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable: Contact

Hi I do also encountered this type of issue and here's the error description:

Error loading WSDL - There was something wrong with the WSDL you are trying to import
Error loading [http://www.webservicex.com/CurrencyConvertor.asmx?wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
