I found an example of WSS in this forum and I the only difference with my project was that Part IDs were empty.
So, I just deleted my ID entries and it works now (at least against the Mock Service I created).
I needed to delete the ID entries from the project XML though, as the procedure from the GUI just deletes additionally the Name values.
