WS-RM 1.0 uses wrong version of WS-A

Just ran into a bug I think. When sending messages with SOAP UI and selecting the WS-RM 1.0 spec version, it sends WS-Addressing headers from version 2005/08. I believe that the spec requires 2004/08 ...
