Workspace not resizing can't access logs/assertians

Hello, I am very new to LoadUI and having probably a very simple yet frustrating problem. How do I resize the workspace. If I minimize and then reopen I can see that their are some tabs I need agent/assertions/system log for just a quick second the the components resize on me. I can't seem to scroll down. Is their a way to restore to some defaults?

    What if you simply click a tab? Doesn't it expand then?

    I don't have a chance to click on the tabs...also I cannot get to the navigation pane...it is like I am stuck on the top part of the workspace.
