Why in soap ui pro 5.x version, i can't use http url request with my resource having upper case char

I am facing issue with soap ui pro version 5.x. I am not able to automate hhtp request if my resource url has upper case characters. soap ui pro converts all characters to lower case by its own.  ...

I remember reading on the forum that it has been standardized using the protocol and along with hostname with capital letters accepted in the domain but may not be the standard way.
