1) Create a work space (this assumes you have some version of Soap UI Installed) because you need atleast 1 for your project or projects to live in
2) Create a project (project is going to be the place to test your web service and you can have multiple web services in 1 project). File -> New Soap Project
3) The first thing it will ask for is a Name and WSDL or WADL (so give it a meaningful name and the WSDL/WADL...this is just the URL of the Web Service).
4) Don't worry about making any specific selections...there will be some defaults that will be auto selected. So just trust me

and hit "ok"
5) Now you should have a project with the name you picked...and if the Web Service URL you put in should have been validated and will be listed (there's a little green hour-glass or atleast that is what it looks like to me)
