Weblogic Monitor

Hello

I would like to build LoadUI & Weblogic test.
(WebLogic 12.1.2)
(LoadUI 2.6.6 Pro Free )

I created project in LoadUI.Click Monitors , add application servers (weblogic) and component settings port,user,password click Test Connection.
But I'm having with error."Unable to connect to monitor" How do I resolve this error ?

    I read this page and ı set my application but It ıs not work .
    Do you know another solution?
