Virtual data for database calls

We are testing a micro service where there is a need to make  a call to a database SP to get some details as part of the micro service flow. now we want to cache / virtualise the data that is returned from the database SP call. Does any product from smartBear support this feature? Or any recommendation on any approach or tool will be appreciated.
