UTF-8 data in XML response not decoded as Unicode

Unicode data encoded as UTF-8 in an XML response is not begin displayed correctly. It appears it is being decoded as ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8. I will paste in a segment of the response (not sur...

May be it will help you quickly if you check with developer or service provider wether any encoding is used while sending respone for your request.
