Using the internal browser with a website that prompts for authentication?

I'm trying to use the REST Discovery feature to record calls to our API.  There is no login ability for it - instead, it automatically prompts for a user name and password when you make the call.  When I try to access the URL for a REST call, however, the internal browser simply displays "Unfortunately, we can't open this page!".  

 

I already have the option to trust the self-signed certificate enabled in the preferences for the internal browser.  Is there anything else I need to configure, or is this functionality not supported by the internal browser?

    I am having similar issue trying to get Oauth2.0 to work

      Do we need to configure security certs to work with readyAPI here to get this up and working? 

      will it work with internal sites behind firewall?

      any other help?
