Unexpected character encountered (lex state 10): '>'

I am trying to load WSDL for https://clnt244ptl.penske.com:443/Telephony/TelephonyService.svc?singleWsdl and get the subject error.   I am working on a project to consume a web service on an IBM ...

I would suggest to contact with the wsdl / service provider. BTW, you may access it through the browser to see if that is working.
