Unable to Open soapui.bat from cmd in Vista OS

Hi, I am new to this tool. When i am trying to run soapui.bat from command prompt following error message is displayed. "The system cannot find the path specified". I have downloaded soapui-2....

Can you post the full error report including stack trace?
Also, which version of Vista are you using?
