Unable to load the WSDL file using 3.6.1 version

Hi All,

I just downloaded this version and trying to create a new project when I tried to open the WSDL, I get unable to open the file error and then it further fails with the error "Java Null pointer exception".
I tried to open the wsdl file and also thro' url. I get the same error.

I tired to open this file from the browser, it works ok there.
I have attached the wsdl file. The wsdl file CIS1.wsdl is the one that is problamatic.
can anyone help me out.
