unable to load resource when starting LoadUI 2.1.1

Hi
I am using Windows 7 64 bits machine and installed LoadUI 2.1.1
When starting LoadUI (with java 1.7 jvm), there is this exception at the Exception Tab:
com.sun,deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://dl.javafx.com/1.3/javafx-rt-wind ... 1_b101.jar

At the Wrapped Exception tab, I see
java.net.UnknownHostException: jfx.sfbay.sun.com

From a browser (FF/IE) both
http://dl.javafx.com/1.3/javafx-rt-wind ... 1_b101.jar
and jfx.sfbay.sun.com are not available.

Please advise how to resolve this problem.
