Unable to launch ReadyAPI

Hi,

 

I got ReadyAPI installed. but when I try to launch ReadyAPI, unable to do that.

Please call help me to get started with ReadyAPI.

    YOu can check the log files to see what is happening? Are you using 3.9.0 version?
    You can do this otherwise:
    use command line / terminal
    Go to ReadyAPI_HOME/bin directory
    run readyapi.bat / .sh script
    You can see what is happening on the console or report back with console text.

    MatthewsM  Remove the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS and _JAVA_OPTIONS OS environment variables and try again.
