Unable to launch ReadyAPI

Hi,   I got ReadyAPI installed. but when I try to launch ReadyAPI, unable to do that. Please call help me to get started with ReadyAPI.   Thanks, Matthews.

MatthewsM  Remove the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS and _JAVA_OPTIONS OS environment variables and try again.
