Unable to install license

When my support team installed SoapUI, my license file had not been recieved. They had me launch the application to confirm successful installation. At that time, my license was still not available to me. I have since received the license. However, it appears that a license can be installed ONLY 1) at time of installation, or 2) at time of first launching. I cannot locate any other way to install it. Please advise. Thanks.

    Thank you for a quick reply. Unfortunately, there is no option in the help menu to update the license (see attachment). A support ticket requesting offline activation was submitted on Monday but no response has been received as of yet.

    Hi,

    Well what I was trying to say was that you can open a support ticket, and you should get a direct response from customer care for your issue.

    The screen shot you sent looks like you are using the open source version. Please download the Pro version at http://www.soapui.org/Downloads/latest-release.html. Then you should be prompted to install the license.

    I've still not received a response to my request for offline activation which was sent on Dec 02, 2013. Please advise.
