Unable to enter username password on Login page

Hi

I am very new to soapUI testing, trying to test a Web application, Using the Web and HTTP documentation , i was able to open the login page of web application in recording mode.

I couldn't enter username/pwd, I was able to click on OK button
i entered the values in HTTP TestRequest Properties, didn't know how to refresh to reflect the values,

I couldn't find the correct answer in the forum pages how/where to enter username/password

I really appreciate your help, if someone can point me to the right direction
