Unable to configure ready api floating license

Hi,

while i am trying to configure ready api floating licence it is throwing an error as per attachment. I use mac os and i've installed ready api 3.10 & protection licenseLS_5_5.0 mac os.

Note: same license is working for our team members.

can anyone help me in resolving this issue ?

    Hi,

    Is everyone running MacOS running Intel processors or ia there a mix of Intel and the new Apple M1 processors?

    Ive read there have been problems with people using the M1
