ToolTip location

Please can you adjust the location of the Tooltip so that it doesn't appear *anywhere* near the mouse pointer when navigating the function menu. The tool-tip tends to steal the focus from the function menu, causing it to collapse. Which means I then have to traverse the menu again,carefully selecting the end of the text so that the tool tip renders in a less intrusive place.

I do like using the tooltip, hence disabling it is not an option.
