Test Case

Helle everybody ;

I built web service test case .My web service test case consists of three stages.It works very well.
But ı want to work only First Web service Test Case run once , other steps (Second and Third steps) run 20 times.
Because first test case most spend than other test case.So ı do not see actual results.

1) Does 'SoapUI' do my request ?
2) If soapUI does do it , how can ı do set my test case ?
3) Does this tool has plugins/tool for my request ?

I am using Soap 4.6.4 Free Trial version .My license will finish 02.14.2014 Hurrp up guys Please help me ?
I create my test case in this manner (JMeter , Ranorex )
We can do it Impossible is nothing !!
