Test Automation: Recommended approach for multiple projects

If we have to regularly regression test multiple projects, what is the recommended approach for doing this?

From what I see if I have 100 projects, I would have to run a script for each one and generate 100 reports. Is there a way to include references to multiple projects into a single one and then run a single command on 1 project to test everything and produce 1 report?

If not, what do you recommend?

    Hi Peter,

    to be honest - I can't come up with any good ideas on this - there isn't any easy way to run one project from another - and anyhow that projects' results wouldn't be part of the results of the calling one.

    Perhaps you could add a feature request for this so we can get it into our backlog?
