Taking successful soapui test to a real world application

I'm deploying BMC Remedy 7.6.04. I've been able to successfully create incidents in Remedy from the soapui interface. I need information as to how I can take the XML or raw created in soapui and use it in a .net website. Any guidance towards that end would be most appreciated.

My hope is to be able to use a simple post to a Remedy web service to create incidents as in the soapui interface.
