[SOLVED] Install license

Hi,
We face problems when try to install license for SoapUI Pro on a new pc.
We tried to move file to same location as soap, but get same error/information

'In order to renew your license you need to have a valid SoapUI Pro license. Please do the following
1) place your original licens on your computer..... '

Is it not possible to install a valid licenses on a new installation or do we need to have the 'original' one to start with and then upgrade ?

    Hi Ivan,

    yes, you need the original license to be able to install a renewal license, if you can't find it please get in touch with support with your original order information so we can create a temporary license for you...
