soapui testcases not working, loadui not reading soapui pref

I have a soapui testcases which work fine in soapUI. The soapui test need SSL information as specified in SSL settings keystore/keystore password. My test also need some information from our groovy library (as specified in soapui script library).
When running this soapui test on loadui, I get this error indicating the the keystore/password was not used when running this test.
271 [javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target, Error performing transfer [session] - Missing source value] 1282149741261 Failing due to failed test step
How does loaui know about soapUI settings ? maybe this is a feature request ?
While I loadui GUI looks great, I think it would really help if some menus layout are kept the same. I think there should be a loaui preferences option which should closely resemble soapui preferences.
