SOAPUI Pro 3.5.1 Launch TestRunner is flakey

I've been following through the tutorial for setting up TestRunner for the command line. I first launched it from the GUI on a specific TestCase in a specific TestSuite. Then, I verified testsuite and testcase selections in "Launch TestRunner" and I chose the appropriate TestRunner path and "Reports Tab" selections. When launched, the testRunner runs through ALL my testcases in ALL my TestSuites for the given project. Also, sometimes it displays log info from my Groovy script and sometimes it doesn't. These are TestSuites that run fine from the testcase editor.
