SoapUI Pro 3.0.1 Linux zip is missing the file soapUI-Pro-3.0.1.desktop

I have been using the Linux zip file on Kubuntu 9.04 for a while. Recently (not sure exactly when) the file soapUI-Pro-3.0.1.desktop was removed from the zip file. I have a desktop icon to run SoapUI Pro and without this file SoapUI cannot be started.

I copied the file from and older version to allow soapUI Proi to be run.

    Hello,

    Hm..are you sure you got soapUI-Pro-3.0.1.desktop from zip distribution, not from installer. That is icon for desktop and it should be created only by installer. Check soapUI-Pro-x32-3_0_1.sh from nightly builds ( http://www.eviware.com/nightly-builds/ ). Binary should not have it since *.desktop contains fixed path to the program you want to start, and binary could be extracted any where.

    You could easily create one: right click on desktop and choose create launcher and fill required fields.
