Yeah, me too.
I'm trying to figure it out why soapui from testrunner.sh is using some kind of bad createConnection() on ConnectionFactory.
I was trying even: testrunner with -e flag.. the same wrong result.
Do you possibly know how to use -P flag.. to set up some kind of global endpoint value ?
I've read somewhere that testrunner overrides testSuite and testCase endpoints. But then -e flag should be a solution, but isn't.
Also. When I'm running testrunner.bat from my Windows installation - all is working ok.
Still digging.
