Schema Compliance Failed

Hi,
I am getting this error while doing the testing. I am getting proper response but

Schema Compliance - FAILED
Attribute not allowed (no wild cards allowed) -
I read that this was a SOAPUI bug - i am using SOAPUI pro 4.5.1
Should i ask my devlopers to user new XSD? or this is a known issue?
