Save-As dialog should append file extension

In 4.5.1, if you save the Response XML, the Save As dialog has does not append the file extension specified in the 'File of type' dropdown to the filename.

Please have the extension appended if the user does not explicitly type it. At least in the Windows world, that is common behaviour.
