Running scripts in Linux that were created in Windows

I'm new to SoapUI and was looking for some direction on which version I should use. I have access to Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, but ultimately will want to integrate the SoapUI scripts into my continuous integration suite running on my Linux build machine. Can I use the Windows version of SoapUI and run it on a Linux box?
